Ingredients
  • 3 sheet Gelatin
  • 1 cup Espresso
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine espresso, sugar, and milk. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and add soaked gelatin sheets. Stir until dissolved.
  4. Chill the mixture for 2 hours.
  5. Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the chilled espresso mixture.
  7. Divide the mousse into serving glasses.
  8. Chill for another 2 hours.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
  10. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
