  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add water and mix until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into balls.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Flatten each dough ball into a round shape using your hands or a rolling pin.
  6. Carefully place the flattened dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove the fried bread from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  8. In a separate pan, cook the ground beef with taco seasoning until fully cooked.
  9. Assemble the tacos by placing a layer of lettuce on each fried bread, followed by the cooked ground beef, tomato, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, and cilantro.
