  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion
  • 0.5 cup Celery
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and cube the potatoes.
