Ingredients
  • 1 cup Butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chopped peanuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butterscotch chips, butter, and peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the melted butterscotch mixture and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Stir in the chopped peanuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into bars or squares and serve.
