  • 1.5 cup Pie Crust
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 0.5 cup Toffee Bits
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 40-45 minutes, or until the pie is set.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the pecans and toffee bits, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours.
  7. Top the pie with the pecan and toffee mixture.
  8. Serve with whipped cream.
