  • 2 pound Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Add the sweet potatoes to the saucepan and stir to coat them with the butter mixture.
