Ingredients
  • 400 gram Brussels sprouts
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and carrots, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Cover the skillet and cook for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
