Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Add the vanilla extract and eggs to the bowl. Mix until smooth.

Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
