  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
  2. Let the brownies cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Crumble the cooled brownies into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the truffles chill for at least 2 hours.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  9. Sprinkle some sprinkles on top of each truffle.
  10. Place the truffles back on the baking sheet and let them set in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
