Ingredients
  • 1 box Brownie Mix
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the brownie batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming 24 equal-sized rounds.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the brownie rounds are set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to make the marshmallow filling.
  8. Spread a spoonful of the marshmallow filling onto the flat side of half of the brownie rounds.
  9. Top with the remaining brownie rounds to form sandwiches.
  10. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop.
  11. Dip each whoopie pie halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  12. Place the dipped whoopie pies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let the chocolate set.
