Ingredients
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Brown sugar
  • 2 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 150 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes, then cut into squares.
