Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm. Add the milk mixture, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well to form a soft dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and shape it into a ring.
  6. Place the rings on a greased baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rings for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
  9. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the cooled rings.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
