Ingredients
  • 170 gram Unsalted Butter
  • 150 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 150 gram Brown Sugar
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 250 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 200 gram Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Transfer the cookie dough to a greased skillet and press it evenly into the skillet.
