  • 3 banana Ripe Bananas
  • 115 gram Unsalted Butter
  • 150 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 200 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 50 gram Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter until it turns golden brown and gives off a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  4. Add the melted brown butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
