  • 16 ounce Portabella mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Clean the portabella mushrooms and remove the stems. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mushroom caps with the marinade mixture. Grill or bake the mushrooms for about 10 minutes on each side, or until tender. Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
