Ingredients
  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a separate pan, sauté the onion and garlic in butter until translucent.
  5. Add the sautéed onion and garlic to the milk mixture. Stir in the cheddar cheese.
  6. Grease a casserole dish and layer the cooked broccoli on the bottom. Pour the milk mixture over the broccoli.
  7. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until the casserole is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
