Ingredients
  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 bag Tater tots
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until crispy.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the tater tots.
  6. Top with the chopped broccoli and green onions.
  7. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
