  1. In a non-stick pan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Grease your hands with butter and roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles until fully coated.
  6. Place the brigadeiros in small paper cups.
  7. Let them rest for 30 minutes before serving.
