Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Brie cheese
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 teaspoon Chipotle peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • for garnish Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
  3. In a blender, combine raspberries, chipotle peppers, honey, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the raspberry chipotle sauce over the Brie cheese.
