  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet, crumble, and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add black beans and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. In a separate skillet, fry the eggs over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness.
  5. On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in a single layer. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Top the nachos with fried eggs, black beans, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Drizzle with sour cream and salsa. Garnish with cilantro.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
