  • 100 gram Rolled oats
  • 150 ml Whipping cream
  • 200 gram Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 150 gram Fresh raspberries
  • 50 gram Toasted almonds
Instructions
  1. In a dry pan, toast the oats over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
  5. Layer the toasted oats, raspberry, and cream mixture in serving glasses.
  6. Top with toasted almonds.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve chilled.
