Ingredients
  • 8 slices Bread
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips Cooked bacon
  • 2 chopped Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the bread into cubes and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and green onions over the top.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  10. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
