Bread Stuffing
Bread stuffing, also known as dressing, is a traditional dish commonly served during Thanksgiving in the United States.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the bread into small cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the bread is slightly crispy.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and celery, and cook until they are soft and translucent.

In a large bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes, cooked onion and celery, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Gradually pour the broth over the bread mixture, stirring until the bread is evenly moistened.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Let the stuffing rest for 10 minutes before serving.
