  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoon Bourbon
  • 4 unit Egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
