Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add yogurt and milk to the bowl and mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a baking sheet inside to heat up.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a teardrop shape.
  7. Brush the naan with melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic and cilantro.
  8. Carefully transfer the naan onto the hot baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite curry or dip.
