Ingredients
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 large Egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, egg yolks, and cornstarch until well combined.
  3. Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
