  • 4 patties BOCA Veggie Burger Patties
  • 4 ounces Blue Cheese
  • 4 buns Hamburger Buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Red Onion
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the grill grates with olive oil.
  3. Season the BOCA Veggie Burger Patties with salt and black pepper.
  4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until heated through.
  5. During the last minute of grilling, top each patty with blue cheese and allow it to melt.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute.
  7. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom half of each bun.
  8. Place a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, and red onion slice on top of the sauce.
  9. Place a grilled patty with melted blue cheese on top of the vegetables.
  10. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy!
