Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.

Pour the batter over the crust in the baking pan and spread it out evenly.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 2 hours. Then, transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Once chilled, remove from the pan and cut into bars. Serve and enjoy!
