  • 2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, salt, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into a pie dish and spread the crumble mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the crumble is golden brown.
  6. Let the pie rest for 30 minutes before serving.
