Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate chips
  • for garnish Whipped cream
  • for serving Maple syrup
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the banana and whisk in the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries and chocolate chips.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease with butter or cooking spray.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve the pancakes with whipped cream and maple syrup.
