Ingredients
  • 4 mushroom Portobello mushrooms
  • 4 ounce Blue cheese
  • 4 bun Burger buns
  • 4 leaf Lettuce
  • 4 slice Tomato
  • 4 slice Red onion
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 pinch Salt
  • 4 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms and brush them with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. In the last minute of grilling, top each mushroom with blue cheese.
  6. Meanwhile, toast the burger buns on the grill.
  7. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  8. Assemble the burgers by spreading the mayo-mustard mixture on the bottom bun.
  9. Top with grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
  10. Serve immediately.
