  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
