Ingredients
  • 2 medium Oranges
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
  2. Cut the oranges into quarters, remove the seeds, and blend them in a blender until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the blended oranges, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
