Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup Blackberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Gently swirl in the blackberries.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  6. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
