Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Digestive Biscuits
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 16 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1/2 cup Whipped Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate Shavings
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, eggs, and flour. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in Irish cream liqueur. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
