Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Chocolate cookies
  • 6 tablespoon Butter
  • 6 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • for garnish Chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  6. Add the melted chocolate, flour, vanilla extract, and salt to the egg mixture. Stir until smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until the filling is set.
  9. Allow the pie to cool for 2 hours.
  10. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
