Ingredients
  • 2 can Black beans
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add black beans, kidney beans, corn kernels, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
