  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 large Egg
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Heat the milk and butter in a small saucepan until the butter is melted. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Add the milk mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
