  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (cold)
  • 3/4 cup Buttermilk (cold)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  3. Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingertips to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the cold buttermilk. Stir until just combined.
