  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour until just combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the tart pan.
  5. In a small bowl, mash the mixed berries with a fork until slightly chunky. Swirl the mashed berries into the cream cheese mixture using a knife or toothpick.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
