Ingredients
  • 2 piece Bell Pepper
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Place the bell pepper halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Crack an egg into each bell pepper half.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each egg.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve hot.
