Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet Potato
  • 1 cup Beer
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the sweet potato into thin slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beer, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt to make the beer batter.
  3. Dip the sweet potato slices into the beer batter.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  5. Fry the sweet potato slices until golden brown.
  6. In a separate saucepan, heat orange juice, orange zest, and honey to make the orange sauce.
  7. Serve the beer batter sweet potato with the orange sauce on the side.
