  • 16 ounce Brussels Sprouts
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter.
  5. In a large baking dish, toss the Brussels sprouts with the garlic butter mixture, salt, and black pepper.
