Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 sliced Red onion
  • 4 piece Ciabatta rolls
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 4 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 2 sliced Tomato
  • 1 sliced Avocado
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the marinade onto both sides of the portobello mushrooms.
  4. Place the mushrooms on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until tender.
  5. While the mushrooms are grilling, lightly toast the ciabatta rolls on the grill.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each roll.
  7. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, grilled portobello mushrooms, red onion, and avocado slices on the rolls.
  8. Serve the sandwiches with a side of salad or fries.
