Ingredients
  • 8 slice Bread
  • 4 piece Ripe Bananas
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Rum
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Cut the bread into cubes and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  6. Add the mashed bananas to the egg mixture and mix well.
  7. Place the bread cubes into the greased baking dish.
  8. Pour the banana mixture over the bread cubes and press down gently to ensure all the bread is soaked.
  9. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  10. Add the rum to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute.
  11. Pour the butter-rum mixture over the bread pudding.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
  13. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  14. Serve warm and enjoy!
