Ingredients
  • 3 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix again.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mashed bananas and chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Slice and serve.
