  • 2 banana Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the eggs, honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the raisins.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
