Ingredients
  • 4 piece Ripe bananas
  • 2 cup Vanilla wafers
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 3 piece Egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 piece Banana slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually whisk in the milk.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks. Gradually whisk in about 1 cup of the hot milk mixture.
  5. Pour the egg mixture back into the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract.
  7. Layer the vanilla wafers and sliced bananas in a baking dish. Pour the pudding mixture over the layers.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 hours.
  10. Top with whipped cream and garnish with banana slices before serving.
