Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add the oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, honey, egg, milk, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir until well combined.

Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
