Ingredients
  • 3 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Carrots, grated
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the grated carrots, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
